Wendy Kaloski, Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Kennedy Space Center Federal Credit Union in Florida. In 1999, the credit union was presented the Louise Herring Award for Philosophy in Action by the Florida Credit Union League. KSC FCU won first place statewide for a promotion/fund-raiser Wendy orchestrated that directly benefited a local family charity. In addition to her marketing duties, Wendy is responsible for the design of all promotional materials including "take-ones", posters, newsletters, etc. Wendy is also directly responsible for the design and maintenance of KSCFCU’s web site.

Angela Kubisky, has been working as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Garden Savings FCU in Parsippany, NJ since October 2000. She enjoys working throughout the credit unions 6 locations, which have 30 employees. Angela has been in the financial services industry since 1983, specializing in management, training, sales and marketing. After learning about the "Credit Union Movement" she quickly joined the industry to help improve the financial lives of members. In her current role, Angela focuses on developing and facilitating workshops to bring Garden Savings to a Sales & Service Culture. She frequently attends networking events to promote membership into the credit union by adding new sponsor companies and members. Angela was also instrumental in presenting the "Underserved Application" to the NCUA. Angela is responsible for copywriting and design of the credit union's brochures and publications as well as maintaining their website.

Susan Harmon Epperson, Vice President of Marketing, is responsible for all aspects of Marketing and PR for Henrico FCU including research, strategic planning, promotional planning, layout, design, copywriting and web development. In the absence of a Human Resource Department (and with the help of her husband, who is a Corporate Trainer), Susan's responsibilities include Member Service training and development.

Mia Vista Perez, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Greater New Orleans Federal Credit Union in Louisiana, has been in the credit union world for 10 years. Her experience in lending, member relations, and systems has helped mold her current passion for marketing. In addition to implementing and developing the credit union's marketing plan, Mia has been responsible for developing the sales culture environment and the employee recognition plan of the institution. She designs and edits all promotion material including the monthly newsletter, The Report Card, and the credit union's website. Mia is an active member of the CUNA Marketing Council and has attended CUNA Marketing Management Schools Part I, II, and III.

Gary Zenker, formerly V.P. of Marketing at Atlantic Credit Union in Pennsylvania. Gary oversaw a large marketing department, and was responsible for Atlantic CU's 28,000 primarily upscale members and nearly $200 M in assets. Gary has been a featured speaker at CUNA Marketing conferences and now consults for credit unions on marketing.

Kathy Clark, V.P. of Marketing at University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union in Lexington, KY. Kathy started on the switchboard at UKFCU in 1984 when assets were at $10 million and there were 5,000 members. UKFCU now serves over 32,000 members with assets of $141 milion and a loan portfolio of $101 million. She is excited about the challenge of educating members about competitively priced products through a wide range of delivery channels.

Mary Falcon, formerly Marketing Manager of Eastern New York Federal Credit Union. A resident of New Jersey, she telecommuted with ENYFCU, which is located in the Catskill region of New York state. She designed the credit union's web site and was in charge of all marketing duties within the credit union's 4 branch locations. Before joining Eastern New York FCU, she was Marketing Director of McGraw-Hill Employees Federal Credit Union, and before that, Marketing Director of E53 Federal Credit Union. She started out her career in Marketing at Atlantic Federal Credit Union, which served over 200 employer groups. Mary has had the opportunity to work with diverse marketing budgets, big and small, and has published several articles about Business Development.
